Letter: Go after Rush and other climate deniers

We have freedom of speech, but Oliver Wendell Holmes said, "You can’t shout fire in a crowded theater if there is no fire."

Something like this happened recently in Korea when a ferry capsized. This week a bipartisan group of business leaders and politicians, including former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and President George W. Bush’s treasury secretary Henry Paulson Jr., issued a sharp warning about disastrous economic consequences if man-made global warming is not addressed in the near future. On the heels of this Rush Limbaugh advised his religious listeners that "intellectually you cannot believe in man-made global warming" and also believe in God. Isn’t time to bring legal action against Rush ?
