Gov. Gary Herbert , Speaker Becky Lockhart, and every member of the Utah Legislature who voted against the expanding Medicaid should be arrested and charged with first degree murder in the death of Emily Young and others who have died as a result of their refusal to expand Medicaid.
Their actions were certainly premeditated, and, unless they are mentally disabled, they certainly understood that denying medical care to patients such as Ms. Young would lead to their deaths. I am appalled that these people would consider themselves decent human beings, much less good Christians, when they are willing to effectively sentence a fellow human being to death all because they cannot stand the thought of a black Democrat in the White House.
