Orrin, Orrin, Orrin ...

I'm writing in response to Orrin Hatch's comments in "Hatch: Gay marriage will be legal," (May 29).

There is no "question" about states having to follow the Constitution of the United States of America. Constitutionality cannot be called a "trend" when talking about people's civil rights. Now that Utah's senior religionist/politician has spoken, perhaps Gov. Herbert and Attorney General Reyes will see the light. It is futile to try to defend an unconstitutional law.

Gov. Herbert and Attorney General Reyes: Please stop your crusade and let equality rise over Utah.
