Letter: The two forms of senioritis
People always assume that senioritis means sluffing classes or school and never doing anything for your education when you are a senior in high school.
But truth be told there is another form of senioritis. It's the form that most seniors do take. We show up to class because if we don't it kills our grade, but we just don't pay attention. We either sleep through everything or just doodle on our "notes" that the rest of the class is taking.
The worst part, though, is that people don't really realize that they are doing it, and then they still sluff class. So instead they do both, and their grades die. If they were smart, they would realize it is basically the same thing except you are saving your grade by simply being in a desk for seven hours a day in one of your four classes that day.
The best part is that teachers realize seniors don't care anymore, so instead they call on other students who are paying attention to the class and not dozing off during the middle of the lecture.
Just remember that senioritis has two forms. Which will you choose?
