Our Guv seems confused. Anarchy refers to a society without a publicly enforced government. This term would seem to apply more to Mr. Lyman's ignoring existing laws and inciting others to join him, resulting in no government action to enforce existing laws.
The term would not seem to apply to the legal recourse to the law using the government to address perceived injustices associated with same sex marriages where no laws were broken and the government is enforcing the laws and processes of the land.
