I am so very pleased to hear that Gov. Herbert has recognized his "responsibility to defend the law that's been put on the books." Since he's no longer going to "pick and choose" the laws he will enforce, I look forward to seeing him work tirelessly to defend Obamacare, aka the Affordable Care Act, a law upheld by the highest court in the country.
Apparently all laws are equal, but some laws are more equal than others.
