Recently President Obama was 13 minutes late with his comments on the excessive wait times for veterans medical appointments. It seems that our president is as prudent with smaller issues as he is with the big issues.
The man is calm when it comes to most issues, but it seems like most Americans want our president to seem more serious and take on that professional face of his when he took office in 2008. Forty veterans had died in Phoenix waiting to see doctors. I think the issue certainly needs to be taken seriously.
I mean if I were a veteran and I needed medical attention, I would want that help immediately. We can't judge the president too harshly because he is a very hard working man. If we all just showed up on time more often, then maybe those veterans wouldn't be waiting so long..
