What does it take to get a ticket for running a red light or a stop sign in Salt Lake City? Every week, someone gets killed or maimed by someone running a red light. We notice that the police do not sit at an intersection, but sit in the middle of a block watching for speeders. Every day, we see at least two people running a red light. Three people in our family have been T-boned. What are the odds of that?
