I am outraged. I couldn't believe my eyes, but there it was: an ad for e-cigarettes during Channel 13's "News at Nine" on Saturday. It is becoming common knowledge that e-cigs are harmful. I believed that all television advertising for tobacco products was off limits.

Our state Legislature and even Washington, D.C., is considering legislation or regulations to restrict their usage. Why then was this ad for "vapors" allowed? Someone must be held accountable for this action!
