Would someone please show me the documentation that makes a gay or lesbian a bad parent. They are no different than us "straight" parents. Show me the documentation that makes a single mother or father a better parent than a gay or lesbian parent.

So far all I hear is people viewing their personal feelings about what a family is. I need concrete documentation not quotes from Mormon text or even quotes from the Bible. I consider myself an open minded person. I believe everyone on earth is equal, no matter their religion, race or gender, are all the same. We are not born racist, we are taught racism by our parents, friends, etc. but we learn to be bigots because of what we hear from them. We even hear bigotry from the pulpit.

The 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution gives citizenship to all U.S. persons born in the United States, a right granted to children. It further states that privileges bestowed upon its citizens, including children, shall not be abridged by any states' laws. What does this say about Utah's Amendment 3?
