When the Salt Lake Tribune is put up for sale, please put me on your list of local investors who seek to return the Tribune to local control ("Feds scrutinize Salt Lake newspapers deal," Tribune, April 9).

Many of us desire local, fair, accurate, diverse and interesting news, which is power in the hands of the non-powerful.
