Senior centers do a lot of good in their communities, although some people think we just "warehouse" people while their families work. We are actually busy doing all sorts of things. We make things to sell — Like the Kearns Senior Center's Spring Boutique on April 10 and 11.

We have tournaments with other centers in pool and Wii bowling. We serve a delicious lunch each weekday. We have a library where people can borrow books. We play bingo, we take bus trips, we are still learning new things.

If you have not ever visited a senior center, find out where your closest one is and go visit!
