Why don't the people who are fighting marriage equality in Utah just speak the truth in their briefs and before the judges?

All they have to say is that the thought of two members of the same gender having sex is icky. It would sure cut down on the lengthy, falsely contrived excuses currently being made in federal courts. Isn't honesty the best policy?
