Putin, along with other world leaders, knows exactly the kind of man they're dealing with in Obama. First, he has no respect for the truth and will say anything to get his way. Second, he doesn't keep his word as evidenced by the Syrian crisis.
He cares nothing for our past allies and treats dictators with kid gloves. They know he doesn't value his oath of office as evidenced by his picking and choosing which laws his administration will enforce.
And finally, he shows no respect whatsoever for the Constitution by changing laws on his own and bypassing Congress. Who in the world would want to deal with such a person? Thanks to many uninformed voters, we're stuck with this guy for another three years. Let's hope our country can survive this narcissist that long.
