"To me, the scariest voter is the uninformed voter" ("Count My Vote deal gets roughed up but advances," Tribune, March 3). So said Rep, Mike Noel from Kanab last week in opposition to Count My Vote.

The implication that he doesn't fear that same voter in the general election lends further credence to the presumption that elections are settled at the Republican caucus, and general elections are no more than a formality.
