This is amazing. The governor is running ads about the pollution in the valley that say 50 percent of it is caused by tailpipes. But, guess what? He still won't support making vehicle emission compliance mandatory for all counties. Instead, he is hawking UTA ridership.
Compliance for all should be a no brainer! It sure would clean up the air. Then, if people decide to use UTA more, that would make it even better. Just a thought.
