Letter: Moronic driver idles car and refuses to admit problem
First Published Feb 26 2014 01:01 am • Last Updated Feb 26 2014 01:01 am

Recently I woke up an old man sitting in his car that was idling, waiting to pick up someone (not a cold day). I asked him why he was idling his car when we have such a problem with our bad air.

He replied, "Because I can! It’s b***s***, cars are not the problem!" He is not alone with this moronic mentality. Young or old, they don’t care. It’s not their problem that more than 50 percent of our pollution comes from cars.
