Letter: Maybe Pyle should have used different word
First Published Feb 22 2014 01:01 am • Last Updated Feb 22 2014 01:01 am

Since my arrival in Utah just over two years ago, I have been a regular subscriber to the Salt Lake Tribune as well as an admirer of George Pyle’s work.

In Pyle’s recent column, "Cheer up, Utah, at least you aren’t living in Kansas," Opinion, Feb. 16, he wrote, "Such melding of religion and politics still has quite a bit of strength in it."

Is he sure this wasn’t to have read, "Such melding of religion and politics still has quite a bit of stench in it"?
