Re: Letter from Richard Davis ("Utah prison move a 'land-grabbing rodeo'?" Forum, Feb 10) and all others concerning the Prison Relocation and Development Authority:

I would bet 90 percent of PRADA members are Realtors or land speculators/developers.

It's like the other groups studying Utah's regulatory problems staffed by industry insiders to regulate themselves. (Salt Lake County Mayor Ben McAdams is an exception and the only PRADA member to voice opposition.)
