Re the juxtaposition of articles on Ethan Stacy's death ("Nathan Sloop pleads guilty to killing stepson," Tribune, Feb. 4) and Utah's brief against gay marriage ("State makes it all about kids in brief against same-sex marriage," Tribune, Feb. 4):
Thank you, Salt Lake Tribune for making clear a married man and woman can be very bad parents. It is not gender that makes good parents. It is the content of their character!
