If Sean Reyes really wants to "de-politicize" the Attorney General's Office and encourage "a diversity of perspectives," perhaps he would consider declining invitations to speak at political rallies sponsored by the Eagle Forum, the Sutherland Institute and the like ("AG Sean Reyes on Utah's battle over gay marrriage," Trib Talk, Jan. 30).

Or, as an alternative, make certain that he gives equal time to participate in the rallies and events of groups with competing points of view.
