Letter: Let Legislature’s hot air solve smog problem

The local TV news tonight was explaining the reasons for our smoggy winters. Cold air is trapped in the valley by hot air above and there is no wind to mix up the air. I think I’ve come up with the obvious solution: move the Utah Legislature to Murray and have it meet with doors and windows open.
Surely the volume of hot air produced will solve that pesky smog problem once and for all. The only side effect will be a lingering scent of manure, but that should be tolerable.
