Letter: Just whom does Rainer Huck represent?

For years The Salt Lake Tribune has published letters from Rainer Huck in which he complains about restrictions on motorized access to public lands ("Ruling disenfranchises Utahns from public lands," Forum, Nov. 26).

Huck always mentions loss of access for the aged and disabled. Who are some of these aged and disabled people who Huck claims to represent?
