Gov. Gary Herbert's letter to Utahns urges us to incorporate the message of the Gettysburg Address into our lives. He asks us to show respect for one another in word and deed.

President Lincoln spoke of equality among all men and of a government of the people, by the people.

Let us live these ideals by expanding Medicaid to our equals. Let us keep the tax money Utahns have paid inside Utah. Let us be a government of the Utah people, by the Utah people.
