Republican Rep. Darrell Issa is the best example of why Congress has its lowest rating ever. He is obviously more interested in getting his face on the media than legislating.
There are serious problems with the website for acquiring affordable health care, so instead of trying to do something to help, Issa forces the people working on the solutions to appear at his publicity-seeking hearings.
If he used some intelligence instead of looking for publicity, he would allow these people to do their work and question them after the problems are solved.
Republicans seem more interested in breaking and closing government than working to improve things for Americans. What is it now? About 90 percent of Americans think Congress is a complete failure.
Interesting that America's opinion of Congress has continually declined since some "tea baggers" were elected.
