Letter: If Stericycle is going to move, why a study?

After much pressure from North Salt Lake citizens, Stericycle said it might move from North Salt Lake. Then Gov. Gary Herbert announced a study to see whether Stericycle's emissions of dioxins and mercury are toxic after all.

If Stericycle is moving, why the study?
