"May include felony charges"? ("Men may face felony charges after toppling Goblin Valley formation," Tribune, Oct. 17) Are you kidding me? The Scout leaders who vandalized Goblin Valley State Park absolutely should be charged with the highest felony charges possible.
I grew up in Utah and to this day, decades later, Goblin Valley remains my fondest memory of the state. Walking around that fantastic park was like being transported to a different planet. It was magical. One of my best memories ever.
I was devastated to see what they did. Such insane, callous machismo. The worst type of example for any child, Scout or not. The personification of disrespect for nature.
