Instead of raising the price of a pack of cigarettes with a tax, which only affects a few, let's raise the tax on guns and ammunition for the revenue needed for this state. After all the Second Amendment allows us to bear arms, now let's load them and make money at the same time. That would affect nearly everyone and should make our state leaders smile!
