After reading the excellent Aug. 27 article by Judy Fahys ("Clean air fight has 2 Utahns facing off"), I was greatly saddened.
As a staunch conservative Republican, it saddens me that Rep. Chris Stewart, a Republican, would show such gross ignorance on the health effects of air pollution. I have never believed that Republicans want dirty air and water for the people of this state and country.
I can only hope that Stewart is simply an ignorant, uninformed anomaly in the Republican Party.
