I would like to know why Rep. Jason Chaffetz refuses to support H.Res.36? I find it an oxymoron that he seems to desire the truth about Benghazi, but yet he won't support the resolution that would form a select committee which would allow sworn testimony under oath for those involved, i.e. a true investigation.

Chaffetz said, "It is a little offensive to suggest that capturing Benghazi terrorists is a top priority of the Obama administration." I find it very offensive he will not support H.Res.36, so that we can get to the truth, as opposed to going through dog and pony show hearings this fall.

His office could not give me an answer, and once they discovered that I was calling from out of state I was told they did not have to respond to me. Could someone in Utah please call and find out why he will not support H.Res.36?

Thank you, from an American who cares.
