After reading over time about gay pride, gay parades, gay marches, gay marriage and, just today, "Gay Scouts issue" (Forum, May 6), I felt it was my turn to sound off.

In my Bible, the New King James Version, the apostle Paul wrote this to the Christians in Corinth: "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God." (1 Corinthians 6:9-10)

Is my letter written out of hate? No. I love all people, but I feel sorry for those who do not listen to God.

It is my prayer that these people will turn to God and be saved.
