Regardless of one's opinion of President Richard Nixon, nearly everyone would agree that he did the right thing when he resigned rather than put the country through an impeachment trial. In that instance, he put the interests of the country above his own.

So I say to Utah Attorney General John Swallow: Whether or not you're guilty of any accusation, put Utah's interests above your own, and do the right thing.
