After the tornado in Oklahoma we were once again subjected to pundit after pundit, story after story, of how in the face of tragedy people banded together. Well that's what people do, whether it be in Boston, Bangladesh or even Iran after an earthquake.

Around the world, people are generally good at heart and will band together for the common good in times of adversity. It's commonplace human behavior.

Now, if only somebody can figure out how to join people together in normal times, then the pundits will have a story worth telling.
