The Trib's circulation is falling. Wonder why?
We subscribe to The Trib and the TV Weekly, which is supposed to be delivered on Sunday with the paper. In the past three months, it was not delivered four times (one-third of the time!).
On Sundays, MediaOne's circulation office is only open until 9 a.m. The first time we called, we were told TV Weekly would be delivered on Monday. It wasn't.
The next time, we missed the 9 a.m. deadline, so we called Monday and asked for it to be delivered on Tuesday. It wasn't. We called and asked for the district manager to call us. No delivery; no call. The same for the next two missed deliveries: no late delivery; no call back.
We do not expect perfection, but when we are told it would be delivered and we would get a call, and nothing happens, we have no doubt why circulation is dropping.
