I volunteered at Ballet West's annual Couture in Motion fundraiser. This year's fashion show was in its austere warehouse. Artistic director Adam Sklute noted that working conditions there are often painfully cold or oppressively hot. Wishfully, he spoke of the possibility of adequate heating and air conditioning.

Ballet West, Utah Opera and Utah Symphony rely on donations. Most people believe in supporting them, but unfortunately, few actually contribute.

Do you believe in miracles? God creates them when human beings pray and act. Picture in your mind the bags of letters addressed to Santa Claus in the movie "Miracle on 34th Street."

We need similar miracles in the form of check-filled letters on 200 South (Ballet West and Utah Opera) and South Temple (Utah Symphony). These miracles depend on you — mail in a donation today. Be a believer!
