Hopefully. Gov. Gary Herbert reads The Tribune's Opinion section. If he read Brian Moench's "Water pact an ecological disaster" (Opinion, March 2), he could not foolishly sign the "infamous Snake Valley Water Grab" on April 1 — at least not in good conscience.

Moench's column clearly reveals that all this water-sharing pact with Nevada could possibly do is bring environmental catastrophe to the state Herbert governs. Would he want that to be his legacy?
