Letter: Get the hell out

Two more American soldiers were recently killed by an Afghani wearing a local police uniform. Afghanistan’s President Hamid Karzai has accused the U.S. of colluding with Taliban terrorists.

We are spilling American blood on the sands of a nation that only wants what material goods and money we provide. The Afghans’ historic enmity toward any intruders into their desert domain has been part of their culture for millennia.

We continue to suffer the loss of American servicemen and women there just to supposedly bring democracy to an area that has been engaged in tribal wars since before the time of Abraham.

President Barack Obama, get us the hell out of Afghanistan — now!
