Would you like to see your electric bill go up? Then urge your state legislators to pass SB199.

This onerous bill would provide for a surcharge on your electric bill, and the money earmarked for construction (and other) costs of the Green River nuclear reactors. Any similar entrepreneurs could also be eligible to erect nuclear reactors at your expense.
Would you like to see your electricity bill go down? Buy solar panels. The sun is free.
