More than 60,000 Americans have signed a petition on the White House website demanding that British-born CNN host Piers Morgan be kicked out of the country for insulting a gun advocate on his show, "Piers Morgan Tonight."

Critics claim Morgan "attacked" the Second Amendment when he called his guest, Larry Pratt, the executive director of Gun Owners for America, an "idiot." Pratt was arguing that America should have more guns, and Morgan said: "You're an unbelievably stupid man, aren't you? You have absolutely no coherent argument. You don't actually give a damn about the gun murder rate in America."

Perhaps we should deport the petition-signers for violating Morgan's First Amendment free-speech rights.

Come on, America! Do we really need assault rifles to protect ourselves? Do we really need to give guns to people who could potentially be dangerously unstable?
