Re "Utah food tax could skyrocket" (Tribune, Nov. 15):

As Utah is among only eight states to tax food, how do the other 42 states balance their budgets? That Utah is last in the nation for public school financing is embarrassing enough without a high food tax.

Aren't families already being punished enough?

A family-friendly state? Not exactly. Why would anyone want to relocate here?
