Gov. Mitt Romney wants us to believe that President Barack Obama would have the United States become a "socialist" nation, just like the Europe he imagines.

In fact, the plan of Romney and Rep. Paul Ryan to drastically reduce government expenditures — aka the "austerity" measures in Greece, Spain and other European countries — would have us looking much more like the Europe of today.

Just imagine Ohio suffering through the recent Greek financial collapse, skyrocketing unemployment and resulting violence and protests caused by government-mandated cutbacks!
