Re "Yes, more with less" by Joy Pullmann (Forum, Sept. 22):

According to Wikipedia, "The Heartland Institute is an American conservative and libertarian public policy think tank based in Chicago, which advocates free market policies." It also favors "school choice" and receives funding from the tea party's billionaire Koch brothers.

So when a fellow of the institute writes a letter to the editor opposing increased education funding in Utah, is it reasonable to think that they are advocating for both Utah school kids, and our very poorly funded public education system? The radical right clearly hopes for the failure of public education at any cost.
