As should be apparent by now, the "job creators" only create jobs when the vast middle and lower economic classes have money to buy their products and services. The ever-growing concentration of wealth into the hands of an ever-shrinking minority is ultimately bad for everyone.

I'm not sure what the entire answer is; I certainly don't favor a communist-style redistribution of wealth. I do believe that greater unionization of the private workforce and elimination of any tax incentive for moving jobs and capital out of the country would help.
