In "Birth and taxes" (Forum, Sept. 1), Molly Baird wrote that she is not interested in seeing former Gov. Mitt Romney's birth certificate but wants to see his tax returns.
I am not interested in seeing either multimillionaire candidate's tax returns. We already know Romney made his money by investing in troubled companies and creating jobs, and President Barack Obama made his millions by writing a book. So what?
However, I am interested in seeing Obama's college transcripts. I do not understand why he would have them sealed. So what if he got a low grade? Or is there something else he does not want anyone to see? This is obviously another exception to Mr. Transparency.
