In his acceptance speech at the recent Republican National Convention, Gov. Mitt Romney promised to "rein in the skyrocketing cost of health care by repealing [then lowering his voice for emphasis] and replacing Obamacare."
Is it too much to ask that he tell us before the election what he would replace it with?
