I love Lagoon amusement park and have been a patron for many years. When I was young, there were ponies to ride. I zoomed around the course.

When I was about 8, Dad took me on the roller coaster. I screamed the entire time, but then I said, "Can we go again?" I loved Lagoon then, and I love it still.

Now, I am 92 years young and would love to go and walk around the grounds to look at the beautiful flowers and enjoy watching the children. Lagoon used to let senior citizens in for free, but now it doesn't. They expect us to pay the fare of $39.95 even if we don't go on any rides. I wonder why it changed its policy?
