Seventeen of Mitt Romney's 24 foreign policy advisers served under President George W. Bush. He must like Bush's foreign policy, which brought us torture and an unwarranted and unfunded Iraq war.
Also, at least 10 of the lawyers on Romney's justice advisory committee worked in or around the Bush administration, including those who condoned waterboarding. Does he think the American citizens looked at those policies favorably? He also has Robert Bork, the Ronald Reagan Supreme Court nominee whose nomination the Senate voted down.
Why is it that Romney thinks the budget plan by Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., is "marvelous," when it ends Medicare (as we know it) and turns it into a voucher program? Ryan's plan will decrease taxes on the rich, while deeply cutting programs for low and middle income people, including Social Security.
Republicans say don't raise taxes on the job-creators. Taxes have not been raised, they are still at the levels set by President George W. Bush, so where are the jobs?
Does Romney really believe in moving this country forward or going back to the policies that got us in the worst financial disaster since the Great Depression?
