We, the American people, are being sold a bill of goods by President Barack Obama and company. Does honesty even matter any more?

For example, take the Justice Department's botched Arizona-based gunrunning investigation known as Operation Fast and Furious. No, of course the mighty Attorney General Eric Holder never knew about any of it. No, of course the president surely didn't know a thing about it.

And yet, we only have their word. The facts are not available to the public because the president refuses to release documents to Congress. Sounds like another cover-up. Does this seem like honesty and openness to anyone else?

A government of deceit will only produce a country of defeat.

It's time we, as Americans, say: Yes, we can … take back our country! It's time to elect a leader we can trust. It's time to rid the White House of corruption. It's time for a new president.
