Mitt's Band-Aid plan

When Mitt Romney says "repeal and replace Obamacare," it might be useful to ask him, "With what?"

If the Massachusetts health care program was Romney's best effort and was used by President Barack Obama as the basis for the Affordable Care Act, then how could Romney improve it?

A second question: How much congressional support does Romney expect in 2013 to replace Obamacare from the austerity-minded tea party leaders and the sore-loser Democrats?

My guess is that the resulting Romneycare bill would be limited to the annual mailing of a bottle of generic aspirin and a box of Band-Aids.
