For the past few years now, conservative lawmakers have been saying that job-creation isn't happening because of "uncertainty" in the markets. Well, the Affordable Health Care Act was just deemed constitutional by our highest court. What could be more certain than that?
Now, the Republicans want to keep challenging the law. They vow to overturn it. Who is now creating uncertainty?
